We source new and used aircraft from overseas aircraft manufacturers and the international secondary aircraft market. Direct sourcing with aircraft OEMs enables us to manage our aircraft portfolio well in terms of aircraft type, age and residual value.
We maintain close ties with our existing airline customers and explore leasing opportunities with potential airline customers. Our aircraft leasing business is conducted in the form of direct aircraft purchase and leasing transactions or aircraft purchase and leaseback, all of which are long-term leases. We formulate detailed terms for each lease based on specific circumstances.
We have deeply cultivated the construction of an aircraft asset management system for the entire industry chain, continuously strengthened and optimized the aircraft asset management business system, pioneered the gradual adoption of a light-asset operation model in traditional capital-intensive industries, and continued to increase the gradient and intensity of comprehensive talent training.
